服务条款

1. Who we are

uooki is operated by NeuroPix LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States. In these Terms "uooki", "we" and "us" all mean that company; "you" means the person or organisation using the service. Our full registered address is at the end of this page.

By creating an account or using uooki you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What the service does

uooki is an AI system that turns a plain-language request into a deliverable — an interactive page, a research report, a slide deck, or a dashboard. It plans the work, runs research and generation steps, and returns the result in your workspace.

Outputs are produced by machine learning models. They can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. You are responsible for checking any output before you rely on it, and especially before you publish it, send it to a customer, or use it in a decision that matters.

3. Your account

You need an account to use paid features. You must give accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for everything done under your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

You must be old enough to enter into a contract where you live. uooki is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly create accounts for them.

4. Plans, credits and billing

uooki is sold in two ways:

Subscriptions. Starter, Pro and Studio are billed monthly or annually and grant a set number of credits for each billing period. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period using the payment method on file, until you cancel. Prices are shown on the pricing page before you pay.

Credit packs. One-time purchases that add credits to your balance. They are charged once and do not renew.

Credits are consumed as you use the service; different actions cost different amounts, shown in the product. Credits do not expire and unused credits carry over between billing periods for as long as your account is open.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply where you are.

You can cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for what is and is not refundable.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use uooki to:

  • break the law, or help anyone else break it
  • create or distribute malware, phishing pages, or content designed to deceive
  • generate sexual content involving minors, or content that sexualises real people without their consent
  • harass, threaten, defame, or impersonate a real person or organisation
  • infringe someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights
  • attempt to bypass usage limits, resell access, or scrape the service in bulk
  • probe, overload, or interfere with our infrastructure or our providers'

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where the breach is serious or repeated we may do so without notice.

6. Your content and your outputs

You keep ownership of what you put in. You give us the licence we need to run the service: to store your inputs, send them to the model providers listed in our Privacy Policy, and return the results to you.

As between you and us, the outputs are yours. You may use them commercially. Note two limits that are not ours to waive: AI outputs may not be copyrightable in some countries, and similar outputs may be generated for other users.

We do not use your content to train our own models. Our providers' handling of your content is described in the Privacy Policy.

We may keep and display content you explicitly choose to publish (for example by listing a result in the public gallery) until you unpublish it.

7. Third-party services

uooki runs on third parties — model providers, search APIs, code sandboxes, storage and payment processors. Their availability and their own terms affect what the service can do. We choose them carefully but we do not control them.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep uooki running but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may add, change or remove features. If we make a change that materially reduces what a paid plan provides, we will tell you before it takes effect and you may cancel.

We may change these Terms. If a change is material we will give notice by email or in the product before it applies. Continuing to use uooki after that means you accept the new Terms.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows:

  • neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill
  • our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if we stop operating the service. If we close your account without cause, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid subscription period.

On termination your right to use uooki ends. We keep and delete data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court with jurisdiction.
