1. Who is responsible
NeuroPix LLC, 30 North Gould Street, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, is the controller of personal data processed through uooki. Contact us at [email protected].
2. What we collect
Account data. Your email address, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google or Discord. We never receive your password from those providers.
Content you give us. The prompts you write, files you upload, and the outputs the service generates for you.
Usage data. Which features you use, credits consumed, session timing, error reports, and technical data your browser sends (IP address, user agent, language).
Payment data. Handled by Stripe. We receive the fact that a payment succeeded, the plan or pack purchased, and a customer reference. We never receive or store your full card number.
We do not collect special categories of data (health, biometrics, political opinions and so on) and ask that you do not put them into prompts.
3. Why we use it
- to provide the service, generate outputs, and keep your work available
- to meter and bill credits, and to process payments and refunds
- to send transactional email — receipts, renewal notices, security notices
- to detect abuse, fraud and attacks, and to enforce our Terms
- to fix bugs, measure performance, and decide what to build next
We rely on performance of our contract with you for the first three, and on our legitimate interests for the rest. Where the law requires consent — for analytics cookies in some regions — we ask for it.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your content to train our own models.
4. Who else processes your data
We use third parties to run uooki. Each one only receives what it needs:

Prompts and uploaded files are sent to model providers so they can generate a result. Those providers process the data under their own terms; we choose providers that do not train on API content by default, but we do not control their systems.
We may also disclose data if the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or to a buyer as part of a merger or acquisition — in which case we will tell you first.
5. Where data is processed
We are based in the United States and our providers operate globally. If you use uooki from outside the US, your data will be transferred to and processed in the US and other countries whose data protection laws may differ from yours.
6. How long we keep it
- Account data: while your account is open, then up to 30 days after you close it
- Content and outputs: until you delete them, or up to 30 days after account closure
- Billing records: as long as tax and accounting law requires, typically seven years
- Security and abuse logs: up to 12 months
Backups are overwritten on a rolling basis and may hold deleted data a little longer.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to complain to a supervisory authority. California residents have the rights described in the CCPA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.

8. Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in and to keep the service secure. Analytics cookies are used to understand how the product is used, and where the law requires it we ask before setting them. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, but the service will not work properly without the necessary ones.
9. Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege credentials. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal data we will notify you and any regulator as required by law.
10. Children
uooki is not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, write to [email protected] and we will delete it.
11. Changes
We will post any change here and update the date at the top. If a change is material we will tell you by email or in the product before it takes effect.
